Booking & Payment
A 30% deposit is required to reserve your tour. The remaining balance is due 24 hours before the scheduled tour. Bookings should normally be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
All bookings are non-refundable except when Lusion RTN is unable to safely operate the tour.
If Lusion RTN cancels because of bad weather, unsafe sea conditions, vessel or mechanical problems, or another circumstance that prevents safe operation, guests will receive either a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Guest cancellations, late arrivals, missed tours, and no-shows are not eligible for refunds.
Weather Policy
Weather and sea conditions are evaluated by the captain and crew with guest safety as the priority. Tours may be adjusted, delayed, or canceled if conditions are considered unsafe.
If the tour is operating as scheduled and a guest chooses not to participate, the booking remains non-refundable.
Late Arrival & No-Show Policy
Guests are responsible for arriving at their assigned meeting or pickup location at the scheduled time. Guests meeting the boat directly should arrive early enough for check-in and boarding.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened experience or a missed tour. No refunds will be issued for late arrivals or no-shows. Cruise guests must follow the pickup instructions provided with their booking.
Health, Pregnancy & Mobility
Tours are family-friendly and suitable for most ages. Guests who are pregnant or who have medical conditions, recent injuries, limited mobility, or other health concerns should consider the boat ride, boarding conditions, snorkeling, and any additional activities before participating.
Please inform Lusion RTN before booking so the crew can determine whether the selected activities can be safely and comfortably accommodated. Optional activities may have additional restrictions established by the individual activity provider.
Swimming & Water Activities
Swimming is required for participation in snorkeling activities. Guests who are not strong swimmers should notify the crew and use appropriate flotation equipment.
Guests must remain within designated swimming and snorkeling areas and follow all instructions from the captain and crew.
Safety
The Big Kahuna is equipped with life jackets, snorkeling safety equipment, a safe boarding ladder, two onboard restrooms, and a freshwater shower.
Guests receive basic safety instructions before participating in activities. Children and guests who are not confident swimmers should wear appropriate flotation equipment. Guests must not enter the water when conditions are considered unsafe.
Guest Conduct
- Captain and crew instructions must be followed.
- Illegal drugs, weapons, and dangerous or hazardous items are prohibited.
- Unsafe or disruptive behavior is prohibited.
- Guests should consume alcohol responsibly and treat passengers and crew respectfully.
- Trash must be properly disposed of.
- Coral and marine life must not be touched, removed, or damaged.
- Smoking and vaping are permitted only in approved designated areas.
- Outside alcohol is prohibited unless approved in advance for a private charter or special event.
Food, Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
Guests should provide any food allergies, dietary restrictions, or special meal requests when booking. Lusion RTN will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary requirements but cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
Outside Food, Cakes & Alcohol
Birthday and celebration cakes may be brought onboard with advance notice. Outside food and beverages require prior approval.
Outside alcohol is not permitted when an open-bar package is included unless special arrangements have been approved for a private charter or event.
Photography & Media
Photos may be taken throughout our excursions to capture the experience aboard The Big Kahuna and during tour activities.
If you or any member of your family or group do not wish to be photographed, please advise a member of the Lusion RTN staff upon boarding The Big Kahuna so we can respect your preference.
Waiver
A participation waiver is required for guests participating in Lusion RTN tours and activities.
